Q: I want to buy a new Gibson Les Paul or Sg that is under about 2500. I will be getting at a store such as Guitar Center or from a good friend that sells it as cheap as places like musicians friend. Can you guys please help me and suggest the proper model. To me I love the Les Paul but I don't know the differences between each one. The Sg I know is lighter and good also. They are my only two choices. No matter how overrated they are. I need to know the right model Please if anyone does answer this pros and cons are always helpful. kk kk
